These cookies are very small but very delicious. It's be hard to eat just one.

Recipe Ingredients for Almost Bite-Sized Chocolate Chips Cookies

2 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Almost Bite-Sized Chocolate Chips Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium sized bowl.

  3. Combine both sugars in a large bowl.

  4. Soften butter (do not melt) in a seperate bowl in the microwave and add to the large bowl with the sugar.

  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs to large bowl and mix.

  6. Add the dry mix from the medium bowl to the large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  7. Dough will be very sticky, but form into small, slightly smaller than golf ball sized balls and place on a cookie sheet. They probably won't all fit into the oven at once.

  8. Bake for 7-10 minutes (make sure to watch them, the small size means even an extra couple minutes could burn them).

  9. Let them sit on the cookie sheet outside of the oven for a few minutes to harden a little bit before placing somewhere to cool.
