Recipe Ingredients for Almond Topped Cod

1/2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, thinly sliced
20 oz Cod (4 - 5oz fillets)
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup light mayonnaise [i94725]
2 tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
8 roasted almonds, chopped

Recipe Directions for Almond Topped Cod

Place butter in a 9x13 baking dish, place in a 400F degree oven until melted, then remove pan from oven. Spread butter over bottom of dish; cover with onion. Arrange fish over onion; sprinkle with dill, garlic, and pepper. Combine the parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; spread over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with almonds.
