Recipe Ingredients for Almond Thumbprints

1.5 cup Almond Meal/Flour
4 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter, Crunchy
4 tbsp Almond Butter, Plain
6 tbsp Organics 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Almond Extract
1/4 cup Organic Brown Rice Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
4.5 tbsp Red Raspberry Jam
1 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened

Recipe Directions for Almond Thumbprints

  1. Combine dry ingredients, combine wet ingredients.

  2. Add wet to dry and knead to a dough.

  3. Roll into balls, roll in coconut and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.

  4. squash centre with thumb and add 1/4 tsp of raspberrry jam.

  5. Bake at 180 deg C for about 12 - 14 mins.

  6. Cool on the baking tray then store in an airtight container.
