2 cups Brown Rice flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Arrowroot
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon Almond extract
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Ground almonds

Recipe Directions for Almond rice muffins

  1. in seperate bowls, mix together the wet and dry ingredients.

  2. then, combine the two and mix together

  3. fill muffin cups 2/3 full and top with ground almonds

  4. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min
