Recipe Ingredients for almond raisin tea buns by mary

1 cup almonds
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup spelt flour
1 cup white flour
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for almond raisin tea buns by mary

  1. ground 1/2 cup of almonds to make almond flour

  2. set aside

  3. whip yogurt,softened butter and applesauce

  4. cut apricots small add to dry ingredients

  5. crush almonds into small pieces add to dry ingredients

  6. mix rest of dry ingredients together

  7. cut out on floured board with round cookie cutter or small glass

  8. can use dried apricots instead of raisins

  9. bake 400 for 15-17 mins watch so don't burn
