Recipe Ingredients for Almond Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 cup rice flour
1 1/2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
3 egg whites
2 tablespoon oil
5 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon Natural Almond Butter (Roasted/Crunchy)
1 teaspoon cardamom powder or cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Recipe Directions for Almond Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix in all wet ingredients.

  3. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spray with crisco. Skip parchment paper if you have a good cookie sheet. Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture and flatten on the sheet.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Place on cooling rack and serve!
