Recipe Ingredients for Almond, Oat & Dried Cranberry-Cherry Granola

4 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/2 sliced almonds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 cup honey
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 serving great value dried cranberries
2 serving Great Value dried cherries

Recipe Directions for Almond, Oat & Dried Cranberry-Cherry Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Combine the oats, almonds, cinnamon, & nutmeg in a large bowl. Combine the honey, oil, and almond extract in a separate bowl. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir well to combine. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.

  3. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 38-40 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and store in the cranberries and cherries. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
