like egg nog, except vegan, sugar free, egg free and lactose free.

Recipe Ingredients for Almond-Nog

1 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 packets of sweetener
2 tsp potato or corn starch
1 dash of nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Almond-Nog

  1. Mix all but the starch and nutmeg together in a pot on the stove.

  2. Bring almost to a boil and then add starch

  3. Wisk, bring to boil and remove from heat

  4. Serve with nutmeg on top
