Recipe Ingredients for Almond Mylk

100 ml Almonds
200 ml Water
2 Dates, pitted

Recipe Directions for Almond Mylk

  2. 1. Put all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth.

  3. 2. To separate the milk from the almond skin and pulp, squeeze through a cloth mesh bag or a double layered cheese cloth. (Reserve the pulp)

  4. 3. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

  5. 4. The mylk may be stored in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to four days.

  6. 5. Store leftover almond pulp in an airtight container in the freezer for up to four months. Use in breads, cookies, croutons, pates, cinnamon rolls and scones.
