Delicious substitute for cow's milk. Easy to digest too.

Recipe Ingredients for Almond Milk

1 cup almonds
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 date
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Almond Milk

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 60 seconds then strain through muslin or other fine mesh bag. Keeps for 3 days in refridgerator.
