Recipe Ingredients for Almond milk pumpkin pudding

15 oz canned pumpkin
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. Cozy Cottage Sugar Free Syrup
8 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp bob's mill xanthan gum
2 cups Fiber One bran cereal (original)
1/4 cup light whipped butter or light buttery spread
3/8 serving splenda for baking (Kay)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Almond milk pumpkin pudding

Mix everything together in a saucepan. Heat to boiling and continue stirring. Lower heat and continue stirring until desired thickness is reached.
