Smoothie with 4 cups kale, 1/2 banana, 1 cup blue.3/4c fuit, 1 cup almond milk, 3/4 c finesse yourt

Recipe Ingredients for Almond milk Kale fruit smoothie

1 serving Canadian Wild Blueberries Frozen ( Pres Choice)
4 cup, chopped Kale
2 serving Frozen mixed fruit
1 serving Yogurt ( PC blueberry pomegranate finesse 0%
8 fl+oz Almond Breeze
1/2 medium Banana ( Dole Organic)
1 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Almond milk Kale fruit smoothie

Blend Kale with about 1 cup water, then add bannas until blended, followed by the frorzen fruit, frozen blueberries, almond milk and yoghurt( I add through the lid while the blender is on. Add ice cubes if desired. Tastes Great!
