One cookie per serving. If they aren't sweet enough use liquid stevia drops to sweeten to taste

Recipe Ingredients for Almond Macaroons

5 egg whites
3 tbls flour
3 1/2 oz unsweetened coconut
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract (use the almond, this program doesn't have analysis for it)

Recipe Directions for Almond Macaroons

  1. Sift the flour into the coconut and stir to blend.

  2. Add the eggs and the almond extract and mix until thoroughly combined.

  3. Batter should be sticky, not dry.

  4. Bake in preheated oven @ 325 for 20 minutes or until golden brown
