Recipe Ingredients for Almond Macaroons

2 cups almonds, ground
2 egg whites
1.33 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Almond Macaroons

Preheat oven to 350. In a food processor, blend together almonds and sugar. Add egg whites, vanilla, and salt and pulse until just combined. Roll dough into about 32 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden on the bottom. Do not over-bake! Cool on parchment on a wire rack and enjoy.
