Almond Macaroons Recipe

A no sugar version of the classic. Recipe makes 12, two per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Almond Macaroons

2 egg whites
2 T flour
2/3 c Splenda
1 t almond extract
1/2 c finely chopped almonds

Recipe Directions for Almond Macaroons

  1. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks

  2. Gradually add Splenda

  3. Add flour with beater on lowest speed

  4. Stir in almond extract, then fold in almond.

  5. Drop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees F

  7. Cool, then store in airtight container.
