Gluten free, dairy free almond flour bread

Recipe Ingredients for Almond flour bread

2 1/2 cups almond meal
3 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Almond flour bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Beat eggs. Add honey and vinegar to eggs.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix well.

  4. Spoon dough into WELL greased smaller sized loaf pan.

  5. At 300 degrees, bake for 55 minutes, or until golden brown and butter knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. Cool and serve!
