Recipe Ingredients for Almond Flour Banana Pancakes

1 1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
4 large Egg, White
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Almond Flour Banana Pancakes

  1. Mash bananas.

  2. Add eggs and vanilla.

  3. Stir in Almond meal/flour, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon.

  4. Heat coconut oil on griddle.

  5. Use 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubble form and burst. Turn and brown other side.
