A tasty, healthy, main dish. I served this with roasted sweet potatoes & parsnips.

Recipe Ingredients for Almond-encrusted halibut

4 oz halibut
1/2 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
1/16 tsp salt
1/16 tsp pepper
1 egg white
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp almonds

Recipe Directions for Almond-encrusted halibut

  1. Chop almonds coarsely.

  2. Mix paprika, salt, pepper, flour, and almonds.

  3. Beat egg whites gently, and coat halibut fillet in egg white.

  4. Coat halibut in dry mixture.

  5. Cook over medium heat, approx. 3-4 minutes on each side. If it gets too dry, add a few tablespoons of water and cover.
