Recipe Ingredients for Almond and Date truffle

12 dates
100 g coconut flakes
100 g almonds or hazelnuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Almond and Date truffle

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute.

  2. Form 12 round balls with your hands, they should be about half the size of a golfball.

  3. Roll them in cocoa powder, coconut flakes or roughly chopped almonds.

  4. Put in the fridge for a while before serving.
