Recipe Ingredients for Almond-Crusted Turkey Patties

1 pound turkey
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 chopped green onions, including tops
2 egg whites
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
3/4 cup finely chopped almonds

Recipe Directions for Almond-Crusted Turkey Patties

Preheat oven to 375. Stir together turkey, oatmeal, salt, pepper, onions, egg whites and herbs. Shape into 4 patties and coat both sides with almonds. Place patties on rack in a broiler pan and bake about 30 minutes, until no longer pink in center.
