Recipe Ingredients for Almond-Crusted Chicken

12 oz (raw) Chicken
40 grams Organic Dijon Mustard (Meijer)
2 oz Raw Almonds

Recipe Directions for Almond-Crusted Chicken

Crush almonds using mini food processor. Use approx. 2 Tb of dijon mustard to coat chicken breasts on all sides. Pat crushed almonds into mustard. Bake at 450 for 15-18 minutes or until done.
