1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup almonds
14 oz chicken breast
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Almond crusted chicken breast

  1. grind almonds in a blender

  2. mix almonds and bread crumbs

  3. Cut chicken breast into thin strips

  4. Dip chicken breast in almond mix and place on a cookie sheet

  5. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  6. Serve with your favorite sause
