28 4/5 grams Sunflower Seeds
0.5 cup, whole Almonds
4 tbsp Syrups, Maple
1.8 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
0.25 cup Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Sweetened, Flaked, Packaged
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 cup Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Almond Cranberry Coconut Granola

Mix together everything but cranberries. Toast at 350 for 30 min, shaking the pan halfway through. Add cranberries. Serving should be about a half cup.
