Delicious almond crackers, great alternative to wheat crackers

Recipe Ingredients for Almond crackers

2 cup, sliced Almonds
2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Almond crackers

  1. Mix 2 cups of almond meal with 2 cups of finely grated parmesan cheese, add 1/4 of a cup of extra virgin olive oil and mix well.

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Start mix adding a little water until the mix becomes like a dough.

  4. Spread a 1/4 inch layer evenly on baking sheets smoothing in over with your wet fingers.

  5. Bake for a bout 15-20 minutes.

  6. Let it cool.

  7. Cut your new crackers with a pizza cutter . Et voila!
