Recipe Ingredients for Almond and Coconut Crusted Tilapia

1/3 cup Almonds
1/3 cup Coconut
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
3/8 pinch nutmeg
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 tbsp chopped Onions
10 oz raw Farm-Raised Tilapia Fillet

Recipe Directions for Almond and Coconut Crusted Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Beat eggs in separate bowl

  3. Mix almonds, coconut, sesame seeds, brown sugar and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.

  4. Stire pineapple and onion in a separate bowl

  5. Dip each Tilapia in egg then in almond mixture.

  6. Place in pan

  7. Spread pineapple mixture over the filets

  8. Bake for 40 minutes
