Recipe Ingredients for Almond Coconut Bars

6 oz Shredded Coconut
3 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
0.25 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1/2 cup Almonds Ground
10 grams Almonds Slivered
5 tbsp Xylitol

Recipe Directions for Almond Coconut Bars

Melt oil, then combine all ingredients excluding flaked almonds and stir until smooth. Add flaked almonds and stir carefully until combined. Press mixture into a square pan that is lined with parchment paper and press down to create firm layer. Place in refrigerator or freezer until solid, then cut into squares. I prefer to keep them frozen because they are very brittle and they taste better frozen.
