A good solid crispy biscotti- dry and good with coffee or milk but tasty and almond-cinnamony to not be turned away if you haven't got a beverage in reach!

Recipe Ingredients for Almond Cinnamon Biscotti

1 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup toasted chopped almonds
1/4 cup raw wheat germ
1/4 cup Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for Almond Cinnamon Biscotti

Mix wet and dry separately, then incorporate one into the ohter and mix well. Turn out onto clean surface and form two 3 inch wide flattened logs about 3/4 inch thick. Place on cooking oil sprayed tinfoil or metal sheets/ baking utensil, bake at 350 for roughly 30 minutes. slice and toast at low temp for 5 each side.
