This is a delicious, super quick meal. Easy to take for a brown bag lunch as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Almond Chicken Salad

8 oz canned pineapple
15 oz canned mandarin oranges
10 oz Swanson's Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Miracle Whip Light (tbsp)
2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream (tbsp)
2 tbsp Slivered Almonds

Recipe Directions for Almond Chicken Salad

  1. Open Pineapple, Mandarin Oranges, and chicken and drain.

  2. Place together into a bowl.

  3. Mix in the Miracle Whip and Sour Cream.

  4. Stir in Almonds.

  5. Can use Pita Bread, Tortillas, or cantaloupe.
