Recipe Ingredients for Almond Chicken

2 oz Parmesan Shredded
4 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Onion Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 breast, bone and skin removed(86 g) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 oz Raw Almonds
0.13 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Almond Chicken

  1. Combine Sour Cream and Mustard - set aside to use for a dipping sauce

  2. Combine dry ingredients

  3. Dip chicken in egg beaters

  4. Coat chicken with dry ingredients

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
