Like peanut butter cookies, but gluten-free, anti-Candida, and sugar free.

Recipe Ingredients for Almond Butter Cookies

136 grams almond butter
20 1/4 cup Ideal sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
25 grams milled flax seed
1 egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Almond Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl.

  3. Spoon dough and roll into 1" balls.

  4. Press each ball with a fork twice to make crosshatch pattern.

  5. Sprinkle each cookie with Ideal.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes.

  7. Cool and serve.
