Recipe Ingredients for Almond Butter Cookies

1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp skim milk
1 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Almond Butter Cookies

  1. Beat together egg and brown sugar.

  2. Stir in flour and flax seed.

  3. Mix wheat germ and skim milk together and set aside for a couple minutes.

  4. Stir in wheat germ mixture, along with almond (or peanut) butter and vanilla.

  5. Bake at 350 10-12 minutes.
