Recipe Ingredients for almond bread

4 cups almond meal
5 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsps Splenda
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp coconut oil

Recipe Directions for almond bread

  1. separate eggs and beat whites to soft peaks

  2. mix yolks, vinegar, salt, splenda, baking powder together

  3. blend in almond meal, and fold in beaten whites

  4. place in a loaf pan greased with coconut oil

  5. bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, then lower temperature to 325 and bake until the center tests as cooked.

  6. (up to 45 more minutes)
