Gluten and wheat free. High in fiber, protein, calcium, iron. Great warm with butter or coconut oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Almond Bread

4 1/2 cups almond meal
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
5 eggs
2 tbsp agave or honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Almond Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F

  2. In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients

  3. In medium bowl, beat eggs then add other wet ingredients

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix well

  5. Transfer batter to 9 x 5 loaf pan

  6. Bake 60+ minutes until knife inserted comes out clean

  7. Cool and slice.
