Recipe Ingredients for almond blueberry tea buns

1 cup almonds
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup spelt flour
1 cup flour
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup raisins
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for almond blueberry tea buns

  1. whip yogurt and butter together

  2. add applesauce

  3. add to dry ingredients

  4. don't overmix

  5. cut out on floured board with small glass

  6. bake 350 for approx 20 mins

  7. or 400 for 15-17 mins
