experiment to make healthy cookies weight watchers points 1 forgot to calcuate 3 tablespoons organic brown sugar.never added to ingredients above but used it ,may increase value and points will do this later

Recipe Ingredients for almond blueberry raisin pineapple cookies

1 cup almonds
1 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup organic butter
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for almond blueberry raisin pineapple cookies

  1. ground the almonds into flour

  2. add 3 tablespoons organic brown sugar or other sugar,then add other dry ingredients including raisins

  3. in meantime mix with stand mixer or other mixer

  4. the butter and yogurt,then eggs and applesauce

  5. add the wet to dry,then blueberries

  6. drop by tablespoon unto lightly greased stoneware pan

  7. bake approx 20 mins at 350 degrees
