would like to try subbing almond flour for the whole wheat lfour and using only beaten whites

Recipe Ingredients for Almond Blueberry Muffins

2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup low fat sour cream
1/4 cup walnut oil
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
4/5 pint blueberries
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Almond Blueberry Muffins

  1. mix flour , 1 tsp salt, t tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda together

  2. whip wet ingredients

  3. fold dry into wet and alternate with blueberries and almonds

  4. bake 20 min at 350
