Recipe Ingredients for Almond Blueberry Bread

10 servings (2 1/2 cups) almond flour
3/4 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 1/2 servings (1 1/2 Tbsp) agave nectar
4 oz (1/2 cup) applesauce

Recipe Directions for Almond Blueberry Bread

  1. Combine wet ingredients separate with dry ingredients, then mix the two.

  2. Grease a pan with coconut oil. Fill with batter.

  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 min.
