Egg free and gluten-free meat loaf. Stays moist and ajustable for flavor. Tomato paste maybe be substitued with squash or sweet patato purées.

Recipe Ingredients for Allergie Free Meat Loaf

1/2 lb extra lean beef
4 oz tomato paste
10 crackers (rice/gluten-free)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Allergie Free Meat Loaf

  1. ground crackers

  2. mix a bowl meat, paste, crackers and seasonings

  3. place in a lined (using parachemin paper) loaf pan

  4. cook at 350°C for 45 mins or until fully cooked
