A nice veggie stew with Quorn as the protien, mushrooms (of Paris aka white mushrooms), and soy as the main ingredients.

Recipe Ingredients for Allegra's Soy Mushroom Quorn Stew

169 grams Naked Cutlets
220 grams Mushrooms
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
6 tbsp Tomato Paste
5 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 medium Carrots

Recipe Directions for Allegra's Soy Mushroom Quorn Stew

  1. Sauté the onion in your favourite herbs and spices.

  2. At the last minute add the garlic.

  3. Cover with water and add the Quorn and vegetables.

  4. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until done.

  5. Serve with rice, grain or couscous.
