Recipe Ingredients for All You Need is Loaf (The Looneyspoons Collection)

3 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
8 tbsp Barbecue Sauce Original
0.25 cup Parsley
1 small Onions
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 extra large Egg, Whole
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for All You Need is Loaf (The Looneyspoons Collection)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Combine beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of your favourite barbecue sauce, minced parsley, minced onions, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well using your hands. Shape mixture into an oblong loaf, about 8 x 5 inches in size, and place directly on rack of broiler pan. Spread remaining barbecue sauce all over meat loaf.

  3. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until meat loaf is nicely browned and meat is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
