One of my improvisations, delish!

Recipe Ingredients for All Vegetable soup

2 cups carrots, sliced
4 small red potatoes, cubed
1 medium yellow squash
1 medium zucchini
2 cup vegetable broth
5 cups water
1 tsp black pepper
1/3 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves
1/4 medium green pepper, diced
2 cups kernel corn
1/2 cup orzo
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for All Vegetable soup

  1. Heat up olive oil in a pot, then add onion, garlic and green pepper until softened.

  2. Add vegetable broth and water, bring to a boil.

  3. Add potatoes and carrots and black pepper and cook until the start to get softened.

  4. Add the zucchini, yellow squash, corn and orzo and let it cook for ten minutes.

  5. Taste for flavor and add salt or pepper as desired.
