Recipe Ingredients for All nighter smoothie

1 small ripe banana
75 g (3 oz) strawberries, hulled
250 ml (8 fl oz) orange juice

Recipe Directions for All nighter smoothie

  1. Slice the banana and roughly chop the strawberries.

  2. Freeze the fruit for at least two hours or overnight.

  3. Place the frozen fruit and aroange juice in a blender and process until thick.

  4. Decorate with strawberries.

  5. Makes 400 ml (14 fl oz)
