Recipe Ingredients for all natural protein balls

16 oz all natural crunchy peanut butter
8 scoops whey protein powder chocolate body fortress
1 cup raw natural honey
105 g (1 cup) red mill 5 grain rolled whole grain cereal
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds

Recipe Directions for all natural protein balls

mix all ingredients together well and roll into bite sized balls. refrigerate or freeze. They will melt if exposed to heat for long periods of time.
