Recipe Ingredients for All-Natural Granola Bars

166 g bananas
160 g applesauce
60 g chopped walnuts
16 g chopped almonds
63 g sunflower seeds
93 g oats
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for All-Natural Granola Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mash bananas, then add applesauce and vanilla extract. Mix.

  3. Combine walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and oats. Mix.

  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Spread into a glass baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Word of caution: These bars are not very sweet at all. However, they are quite versatile. You can always add chocolate, honey and dried fruits, but just be sure to adjust the amount of wet ingredients so that the mixture holds together.
