A delicious cornbread made with honey and yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for All Natural Cornbread

1 egg
2 tbls oil, canola
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup yogurt, plain, non-fat
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup flour, whole wheat
1 cup cornmeal, white

Recipe Directions for All Natural Cornbread

  1. Mix egg, oil, honey, and yogurt.

  2. Add salt and soda.

  3. Gradually stir in flour and cornmeal. Batter will be thick.

  4. Spray an 8" x 10" glass baking dish.

  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min. or until golden brown.

  6. Cut into 9 pieces.
