Recipe Ingredients for All natural Breakfast Oatmeal Cookie

1 1/2 c Quick Oats
2 Bananas
1 c Unsweetened Applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c dried blueberries

Recipe Directions for All natural Breakfast Oatmeal Cookie

Preheat the over to 350 degrees. Puree the ripe banana's, applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon (the cinnamon to taste). I do this in my food processor but you can probably do this with a mixer. Stir in the quick oats and the dried fruit (i used blueberries but you could use raisins or another dried fruit). Optional - add walnuts.... but that will increase the calories, but will also add good fat and protein. IMPORTANT : let the mixture sit for 10 minutes (this will let it thicken up. Spoon up heaping table spoons onto your cookie sheet. (this makes 18 cookies... if you have less cookies, the calorie per cookie will increase. Bake for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and cool for 5 minutes, then transfer the cookies onto a cookie sheet to cool the remainder of the time.
