Recipe Ingredients for All Homemade Spaghetti Sauce and Pasta

48 ounces tomato sauce
16 ounces diced tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 white onion
1 tbs italian seasoning
32 ounces whole wheat flour
1 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for All Homemade Spaghetti Sauce and Pasta

  1. Put all the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes in a pot on low.

  2. Cut up one green pepper and one onion and add to sauce.

  3. Add a dash of italian seasoning or seasoning of choice.

  4. Measure flour and dump into a mixing bowl.

  5. Add egg beaters and kneed into a dough.

  6. Roll out dough as thin as desired.

  7. Cut to desired length of pasta.

  8. Boil off flour for 3 minutes.

  9. Drain and rinse in cold water for 3 minutes. Be sure to mix with a spoon so all the noodles get rinsed.

  10. Boil in a pot of fresh water for 10 to 15 minutes then drain.

  11. Mix in a scoop of sauce with the pasta.

  12. Serve with extra sauce on top. Enjoy.
