Recipe Ingredients for all in the fridge veggie soup

1 cup yam or sweet potato
2 cups sliced fennel
1 medium red onion
1 medium onion
1 red pepper
4 large mushrooms
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup water
1 tbsp mustard

Recipe Directions for all in the fridge veggie soup

  1. chop all veg into 1cm pieces

  2. pressure cook, 6 min at 15psi, in stock and water

  3. quick cool

  4. season with mustard, salt and pepper
