All Bran Muffins 2 muffins per serving

Recipe Ingredients for All Bran Muffins

4 cups All-Bran Cereal
2 cups boiling water
1 cup Crisco
2 cups sugar
2 cups shredded wheat
5 cups flour
4 eggs
5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for All Bran Muffins

Mix All-Bran, Shredded Wheat, Crisco and add boiling water. Let soak for several minutes. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Batter can be refridgerated in tightly covered container for up to 4 weeks.
