Recipe Ingredients for All bran muffins

250 ml buttermilk
2 cups wheat bran
1 cup raisins
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsps vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsps salt

Recipe Directions for All bran muffins

  1. Mix buttermilk,wheat bran,sugar,eggs and oil together. Then add the flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt and raisins.

  2. mix up,bake at 180* celsius for 10-15 minutes.
